Lessons Learned
- Don’t freak out if you’re positional behind until round 15 (keep card count up)
- Keep ramping resources – 10 is a good number (get machine going)
- Late teens – things can change – in this game the double thunder surge was key
- Review deck before you play it
- When to pitch state machine (i.e. machine div in hand and low cards in hand for him)
- Pay attention to machine divinator to manipulate counts (with autoforge get it down to 1 and guarantee countdown on another unit)
- Potion of resistance = extremely important (with Growth / Order)
- Don’t forget to pump forges
- Resource Management - where can I spend my resources.
- Control board – take out specific threats
- Save thunder-surge for later game
- Saving VD for big targets (hold cards in late game)
- Machine chant (with the +1 resource ramp)
- Destroyer could be an alternate card
- Metal wonder good for mirror match
